First of all let me take this opportunity to thank you all for the great support you give me for Kassiopi-Live.com every day. According to the web stats this web site is a favourite one, and many of you visit it very regularly.  As I have noticed in some forums, some of you have some trouble with the web-cam, and you can’t watch it properly. The camera works every day, 24 hours per day without shutting down at all. If the browser you are using is Internet Explorer it works as a video, but if you are using Firefox it works with photo frames that refresh every 3 seconds.

Most of you, who cannot view the camera, may need to download a driver called ActiveX which is necessary for the camera to work.
Sometimes when the camera is black or just dead it is because we might have a power cut (happens sometimes in the winter) or the internet connection strength is very low that particular time.

Another reason could be that the server which we use for hosting might have some problems and needs a restart. In any case when we find out that there is any problem, we try to solve it ASAP.

Tell all your friends, and people you know, who have been to Kassiopi over the years about this web site. Also you can ask any of your local friends to stand in front of the camera and say hello to you.
